Fair parade registration fees will go toward the Grain Valley Fair scholarship fund. Last year we were able to provide a graduating senior from GVHS a $500 scholarship. We'd love to continue to provide this scholarship and grow this!
To guarantee you are judged and announced, entry forms (and payment, if required) must be received by Friday, August 29, 2025.
REGISTRATION FEE FOR COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL ENTRIES (including political candidates):
Up to 36 feet in length: $20. Over 36 feet in length: $50. You can pay for your parade registration on this site. Scroll through the options to find parade registrations. https://grain-valley-fair.square.site/
NO FEE FOR SCHOOL OR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
If your group/organization will have more than one float/group in the parade, you must complete a separate entry form for each float/group.
