Fair parade registration fees will go toward the Grain Valley Fair scholarship fund. Last year we were able to provide a graduating senior from GVHS a $500 scholarship. We'd love to continue to provide this scholarship and grow this!

REGISTRATION FEE FOR COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL ENTRIES (including politically affiliated groups and/or candidates):
Up to 36 feet in length: $40. Over 36 feet in length: $75. You can pay for your parade registration on this site. Scroll through the options to find parade registrations. https://grain-valley-fair.square.site/
NO FEE FOR SCHOOL OR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
If your group/organization will have more than one float/group in the parade, you must complete a separate entry form for each float/group.
